The Tech Industry is evolving quickly, but gender stereotypes remain deeply rooted. How can Organisations take action to create real change?

By participating in this survey, you’ll help us gain a clearer understanding of the challenges faced by women and gender-diverse individuals in Tech. Your insights are key to identifying solutions that can promote greater gender equity across the industry.

 Your input is crucial, and we want to assure you that all survey responses will be treated with the highest level of confidentiality. No individual’s responses will be singled out or highlighted for any reason. The information you provide will only be used in aggregate to help us make this survey comprehensive and insightful.
