As part of our commitment to promoting gender diversity in technology teams, we will be launching a comprehensive survey followed by in-depth interviews to understand perspectives and experiences of under-represented Gender in the Tech Industry in New Zealand

TARGET AUDIENCE

Individuals who identify themselves as Women, Transgender, Non-Binary, Genderqueer or Agender and currently working in NZ Tech Sector as Engineers, Developers, Solution Architects, Platform Administrators, Application Administrators, Tech Leads, Delivery Managers, or Product Managers.

OBJECTIVES OF THE RESEARCH

  • Explore the perspectives and experiences of under-represented gender working in the Tech industry in New Zealand.
  • Identify potential barriers and challenges they encounter.
  • Investigate their views on whether organisations are adequately promoting gender diversity and inclusion.
  • Examine their perspectives on career progression within the Tech sector.
