Discovery Conversation
A space to explore alignment, clarity, and next steps!

Please make sure you have checked “Frequently Asked Questions” in, https://techbeyondgender.org/transformational-journeys/, before booking your Discovery Session.
What This Conversation Is
The discovery conversation is a complimentary 30-minute, one-to-one session designed to help you pause, reflect, and explore what support may be most helpful for you right now. This is not a sales call.
It’s a grounded, confidential conversation where we take time to understand what you’re navigating and whether my coaching approach feels aligned for you.
What We’ll Explore Together
During our conversation, we may gently explore:
- What’s currently feeling challenging or unsettled
- What prompted you to seek support at this point in your life
- Whether your focus is confidence, career clarity, relationships, inner balance — or a combination
- What meaningful change would look like for you
- Whether one of the coaching journeys is a good fit, or whether another form of support may be more appropriate
You’re welcome to ask questions and share only what feels comfortable
What This Conversation Is Not
To help set clear expectations, this conversation is:
- Not therapy or counselling
- Not a commitment to begin coaching
- Not about pressure, persuasion, or urgency
It is simply a space to listen, reflect, and decide.
Who This Is For
This conversation may be helpful if you:
- Feel stuck, uncertain, or at a crossroads
- Are navigating change in confidence, career, or relationships
- Want deeper, sustainable change rather than quick fixes
- Are curious about coaching but want to explore it gently
- Value a science-informed, human-centred approach
What Happens After the Conversation
At the end of our conversation, you may:
- Feel clearer about what you need right now
- Be recommended a specific coaching journey
- Decide to take time to reflect before committing
- Decide that this is not the right fit — which is absolutely okay
Any next step is always your choice.
A Gentle Note on Readiness
This work is most supportive when you have the space and willingness to engage in reflection and integration. If you’re currently experiencing acute mental health distress or trauma, I may recommend exploring therapeutic support alongside or instead of coaching. You don’t need to have everything figured out — the first step is simply a conversation.
